Bacon-wrapped Pork Tenderloin medallions with red wine jus,
Scalloped Potatoes, Maple Candied Baby Carrots

Cornmeal crusted Red Snapper with garlic cream sauce,
Roasted Corn and Potato Succotash
(potato, corn, onion, cherry tomatoes, fava beans and fresh herbs)
 


Callebaut Brownie with ice cream, fudge sauce and whipped cream
