New AR Membership Option:
We have great news about an Arbutus Ridge Golf Course Ladies 18 Hole League membership option created specifically for ladies who want to join or remain members of our Ladies 18 Hole League but don't play enough to warrant a full AR membership. More details below; please share this information with anyone you think may be interested.
Welcome Back into the Fold:
With the creation of the new membership option, we are delighted to have Marilyn Carter back on board as a player and as our Draw Chair. That is going to take a big load off the shoulders of our fearless leader, Captain Miriam. Thank you so much, Marilyn and welcome back.
Volunteers Needed:
Uplands Golf Course is hosting this PGA event, The beach lands Victoria Open June 20th to 23rd. Volunteers are needed. See the poster below for more information.
Rules Clinic scheduled for Monday, May 13th:

BC Golf Cloud Series:
With the golf season on the horizon BC Golf would like you to know about the first event of their 2024 Women's Golf Cloud Series, The April Shamble. If you have not yet registered you still have time to do so, for this fun, team event. Registration will close on Friday, April 5th.
Cloud Series rounds can be played on any golf course in British Columbia over a 20 day span. BC Golf will be running six events in 2024, one per month, April - September each using a different format. Golf Genius will be used to create a leaderboard. Events are free to play and there will be Gross, Net, and Draw prizes up for grabs. If you would like more information about the Women's Golf Cloud Series, please google: About The Cloud Series. League Play:
We know you are looking forward to our two preseason games and our Opening Day game, luncheon and Spring Meeting on April 23rd! If you have a friend who might enjoy league, bring her along as a guest on one of our game days; we welcome new members. Our regular first tee time each week this season unless otherwise noted will be 9:00 a.m.
Important dates and our games are outlined on our Fixture List. Be sure to read the General Reminders for the season; there are a few minor changes. The Interclub Schedule has also been established although a couple of dates and times have yet to be confirmed. New this year is the ability to sign up for Interclub online. More on that soon.

If you are fortunate (or talented) enough to get a Hole In One this season, take a photo to pass along to Linda Storoz for publication. Include the date, course, Hole # and distance of your shot. She will pass the info along to the zone so you can be entered into their "Hole of Fame."
